Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement

Purpose of Agency: Buyer hereby appoints Town Square Realty as Buyer's exclusive agent for the purpose of representing Buyer in finding and buying real property in Beaufort/Jasper County, South Carolina.

Town Square Realty and Buyer have agreed that the brokerage fee shall be paid to Town Square Realty totally from the Listing Broker (seller), as agreed to through the Listing Broker's Office to cooperate or Developer's Broker Referral Program (i.e. MLS, fliers etc.).

This Buyer Agency Agreement is hereby agreed to and duly executed.

A buyer becomes a client of a real estate Company by signing a formal buyer agency agreement with the Company.
